About Us
We decided to become mobile RV techs because we wanted to serve our community. When our neighbor's fifth wheel in Oregon had a broken refrigerator and she needed a mobile tech, one simply wasn't available. When our class A required basic repairs, we couldn't use it for weeks while it sat at the shop. We thought we could do better.
We're trained technicians who know how to diagnose and address your problem
Our training and service focus on troubleshooting and identifying root causes. Often we can replace a component rather than an entire system, saving you money and inconvenience. We pride ourselves on honesty and treating others as we'd like to be treated.
You'll know what we're doing, why we're doing it, and the implications of any repairs. We'll get your permission before moving forward on any project and will provide follow-up guidance to help keep you running smoothly. We're experienced RVers who know what it's like to be stuck while on the road.
We know that your RV is your home (whether all the time or just for the night) and how important it is to be able to stay in it when it needs repairs. We're forever grateful to the mobile tech who rescued us in Colorado from a broken furnace in 30 degree temps. We're happy to work alone or to work with you if you want to learn about your RV.
Some people just want their rig fixed and to get on with their lives. Some people want to know more about their systems and to see if the next time they can do it themselves. We're here for you either way.We provide an upfront estimate and communicate throughout the process.
We always start by listening to you explain the problem and anything you have done so far to try to resolve it. We'll test and troubleshoot to determine what's wrong and then check in with you so you know our estimate of the time and parts needed for the work.
